PRIVACY POLICY
Your photos are used to create the result you request.
Effective August 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Rembo (the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Rembo iOS application and related services. Rembo is operated by the developer identified on its App Store listing.
Information we collect
Account information
When you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the Apple account identifier needed to create your Rembo account and, if you choose to share it, your name or email address. We do not receive your Apple password.
Photos and processing information
We receive the photos you choose to process, your selected processing options, and the resulting images. We also keep operational records such as generation identifiers, status, processing time, and the number of photos remaining in your balance.
Purchases
Apple processes all in-app payments. We receive product and transaction identifiers, purchase environment, purchase status, and signed transaction data needed to verify a purchase, prevent duplicate crediting, and handle refunds or revocations. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Diagnostics and security data
We may collect app version, request identifiers, approximate network information such as IP address, error reports, and technical logs. We use this information to operate the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. Logs are designed not to contain your photos, Apple transaction payloads, or authentication tokens.
How we use information
- Provide authentication, photo processing, storage, downloads, and account history.
- Verify purchases, maintain your photo balance, and process eligible credit adjustments.
- Secure the service, enforce limits, prevent fraud, and investigate technical problems.
- Measure reliability and improve image quality.
- Comply with legal obligations and valid legal requests.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed to provide and protect Rembo. Providers may include Apple for authentication and purchases; hosting, database, and object-storage providers such as Render and Cloudflare; image-processing providers such as Google and Pixelcut; and error-monitoring providers such as Sentry. These providers process information under their own terms and our instructions where applicable.
We do not sell personal information and do not use your photos for targeted advertising. We do not disclose your photos publicly unless you choose to share the results yourself.
Photo handling and retention
A selected photo is uploaded only when you ask Rembo to process it. Photos and generated results may be retained for the time needed to provide results and account history, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Temporary processing copies may be deleted sooner. When you delete your account in the App, we begin deleting the account and stored result images, subject to limited backups, security records, transaction records, and retention required by law.
Your choices and rights
You control which photos you submit and whether results are saved to your Photos library. You can delete your Rembo account from the Account screen. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Contact us to make a request.
Security
We use safeguards intended to protect information, including encrypted transport, server-side purchase verification, access controls, and restricted storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Rembo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can delete it.
International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App.
