These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rembo iOS application and related services. By using Rembo, you agree to these Terms. Rembo is operated by the developer identified on its App Store listing.

The service

Rembo uses automated image processing to create listing-ready product photos, including white backgrounds and contact shadows. Results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing each result before publishing, selling, or relying on it.

Your account

You may need Sign in with Apple to use Rembo. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. Do not attempt to create duplicate accounts to obtain repeated introductory balances or bypass service limits.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos you submit and results created for you. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, and process submitted content solely to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. You must have the right to upload the content and must not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.

Photo balance and purchases

New eligible accounts may receive a one-time introductory photo balance.
Paid photo packs are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple.
Purchased photos do not expire while your account and the service remain available.
One photo is deducted after one result is successfully generated and stored.
A technical failure should not consume a photo. Duplicate delivery of the same verified purchase does not add the pack twice.
Rembo may offer a limited automatic credit return for an unusable result. Current limits and eligibility are shown in the App and may change to prevent abuse.

Prices and local currency are shown by the App Store. Apple controls billing, taxes, payment methods, and monetary refund decisions. Requests for monetary refunds must be made through Apple and remain subject to Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Rembo, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, automate excessive requests, resell access without permission, reverse engineer protected service components, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, quality, legal compliance, or commercial viability. We may impose reasonable technical and usage limits. We will try to avoid unnecessary interruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using Rembo and delete your account in the App at any time. Records required for purchase integrity, security, or law may be retained after deletion.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Rembo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that every generated image will preserve every product detail, meet a marketplace’s rules, or be fit for a particular commercial purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Rembo. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Rembo during the previous 12 months or USD $50. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Apple terms

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the applicable App Store terms control.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
